01 Acceptance of Terms

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification requirements being met.
• TK88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account that have not yet been met.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

TK88 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are added to your bonus balance until the wagering requirement is met, at which point the balance is transferred to your real-money balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

• Slot games and other RNG-based games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. The results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. If you discover a bug or error, you must report it to tk88 support immediately and must not exploit it.

11 Limitation of Liability

TK88's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

TK88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

13 Changes to These Terms
